Latitude Uptown is a four storey Class A office building. The ground floor consists of street front retail space leased to well-known retailers including BCAA, Vancity, McDonalds, Edward Jones, and Subway. The new second, third and fourth floors are first class office space. The office building is part of the Westminster Centre complex. The building features an impressive office lobby with an entrance directly from Sixth Street and separate elevator for access to the parkade.
Latitude Uptown is built to first class office standards, including high ceilings (10’-0” on the second floor, and 9’-0” on the third and fourth floors), full height floor-to-ceiling curtain wall glazing, and modern interior finishings. The floor plates measure 13,600 square feet. The main lobby and common areas are finished with high quality materials including slate, glass and stainless steel.
The office floors are rectangular shaped with 213 feet of frontage on Sixth Street and a return depth of only 66 feet. This configuration is conducive to providing an abundance of natural light to all areas of the floor and maximizing occupant comfort.
The south and west facing sides of the building offer views of the Fraser River in the distance. Looking east and north, views are of the historic Queen’s Park neighbourhood and the North Shore mountains beyond.
Latitude Uptown is the first market office building in the Metro Vancouver area to be completed to LEED GOLD standards for excellence in energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable design. Energy levels are projected to be at least 40% below the National Energy Code model for office buildings.

On-site parking is provided to a ratio of 3.0 parking stalls per 1,000 square feet of office space. All staff parking is on parking level P3, which provides convenient and direct access to the new office floors. Additional customer parking is provided on the P2 customer parking level. Excess parking is available in the complex.
